HOW WE REACH THE HIGHEST PEAK
High Peak began with a simple yet powerful idea: to blend the worlds of cannabis cultivation and culinary expertise into something extraordinary. In 2015, Dave, a skilled Cannabis Cultivator, and Renee, an experienced Pastry Chef, joined forces. Their shared passion and complementary skills led to the creation of High Peak, which officially launched in 2017.
From our small beginnings in Portland, Maine, we’ve grown into a thriving local business, crafting a range of high-quality edibles like gummies, chocolate bars, truffles, peanut butter cups, and baked goods. Along the way, we’ve stayed committed to sustainability, using biodegradable packaging and embracing eco-efficient practices. Over the years, we’ve evolved, improved, and continuously innovated to bring our customers products they can trust.
