CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
This is where High Peak was born. For the last 10+ years I (Renee) have been making chocolate truffles during the holidays, selling them to friends, family and corporate clients. One day while I was making them, I met Dave. He said, “Wow! These are bomb! Do you think you could put flower in this?!” My response was, “Can I put what in it?” Once he explained the stigma of calling Cannabis “weed” I caught on and said “You bet I can!” It took us a few years to get moving but in 2017 we officially launched High Peak and Truffles were our very first product!

MAINE MAPLE CARAMELS
Renee’s family owns a Maple Grove and Sugar Shack! In the spring she spends weekends there with her family boiling sap and bottling syrup.
